Here’s how the podcast works: each month, we’ll pick one theme and spend four episodes exploring it from different angles.
In the first episode, I’ll share expert insight — breaking down the science behind the topic (like stress) and giving you tools that actually help.
The second episode is Therapy Is My Cardio — structured like a workout, complete with a warm-up, strategies for the “workout,” and a cool-down practice or journal prompt.
In the third episode, I’ll experiment with alternative approaches to healing — acupuncture, massage, salt caves, or even spiritual healing — and share my takeaways, along with resources that have inspired me.
Finally, the fourth episode is This Might Be a Trauma Response, where we unpack everyday quirks like procrastination or snapping at your partner with curiosity, humor, and a little psychoeducation.
